The latter one is presented here.

1) Go to Subscribers and search the correct subscriber you want to add the premium package based on the subscriber screenname. Select "MY SUBSCRIPTIONS":

2) Push "ADD" button and you will see the list of the available packages:

3) Add selected Package by pushing the ARROW button:

4) The package is assigned to subscriber and removed from available package list:

2. RESETTING THE SUBSCRIPTION TIME

Administrator can Reset the Subscriber's subscription time. It is done on Subscriber's My subscriptions' page by pushing the RESET button on the selected subscription and the subscription period starts from the beginning.

And then you can see that Monthly Movie Subscription is now reset (see below):

Administrator can easily add extra days to service. Go to: You can see the service time: go to SUBSCRIBER -> Search correct Subscriber -> Select My Subscriptions.

REPLACING THE STB FOR SUBSCRIBER

This feature can be used when the Subscriber has e.g. purchased OTT set-top box from the service provider, but the set-top box has got broken and it must be changed for the new one.

As all the devices and subscriptions are related to subscriber entity, the subscriptions remain when changing the device to the new one.

You can change the STB to new one with following steps:

Step 1: Go to SUBSCRIBERS page

Step 2: Search the correct SUBSCRIBER

Step 3: Select “My devices” (you can see the current STB in use)

Step 4: Push ADD button at the bottom

Step 5: Search the new device based on the Serial Number or MAC address

Step 6: Add the replacing device to Subscriber by pushing the arrow and you can see the new device on MY DEVICES list.

Step 7: Remove the old device from the Subscriber by pushing the Trash Can icon and you can see the old device removed.

Now the STB is changed to the new one and the old one is removed.
