Managing Users
"Users" mean the admin users of Icareus Suite Video Cloud.
The available user roles are:
- Account Administrator
- Account User
- Viewer

Search Users
With Search, you can search for a specific user e.g. based on the name, email, address etc.
To search, click the 'Search'
icon to open the search bar. Write the search parameters into the search bar - the search results will be updated as you write and shown under the search bar.

Adding New Users
Adding a new user is done by clicking the 'Add New User' button next to the 'Search' icon on top of the user list.
Notice that only Account Admin user level can add new users.
Clicking it will open an empty user form to the right of the user list.
Fill in the information and click the 'Save' button.
The user is added to the user list and will get a confirmation email with the password.
Change User Password
You can change a user's password in their Change Password tab.
To change it, enter the new password to the two fields and click the 'Save' button below them.
Deleting Users
You can delete a user by clicking the trash can icon on the right side of the username.
Notice that only users on the Account Admin user level can delete other users.
After clicking the delete button a modal will appear, asking if the assets created by the user about to be deleted should be transferred to a different user. To do so, select the user from the dropdown in the modal. If a user is not selected, the assets will also be deleted.
Click 'Delete User' to confirm.
Note: If the user does not have any videos, this modal will not appear.
