Introduction to Users
Users are the admin users of Icareus Suite Video Cloud.
The available user roles are:
- Account Administrator
- Account User
- Viewer

Managing Users
Search Users
Search is naturally a convenient tool when finding the correct user,
especially if there tens of users working with the platform.
You can search the user e.g. based on the name, email, address etc.
You just need to write the search parameters to search box and then push search -button. See image below.
The results are then shown under the search box:

Adding New Users
Adding the new user is done easily by pressing the 'Add" -button at the
bottom of left side menu.
Notice that only Account Admin user level can add new users.
It will open an empty form to add the user.
Fill in the information and push 'Save' button.
The user is then added and user will get the confirmation email with password.
Change user password
Changing the user password is done by selecting that user's Change Password sheet.
The write the new password twice and push 'Save' -button.
Deleting Users
Deleting user can be done fron the trash icon on right side of the user name.
Notice that only Account Admin user level can delete other users.
After pushing the delete button, the system asks if the "videos are transferred " to some other users, so that he/she can continue being the administrator of the videos.
Select the user and then push "Delete user".
Notice that if the user does not have any videos, this question is not asked.
