Managing Accounts
ACCOUNTS INTRODUCTION AND FEATURES
1. INTRODUCTION
Icareus Suite's Accounts Management is a specific tool for Icareus Suite partners, customers and users that are using Icareus Suite to manage multiple services or having other companies acting as their service provider or as device distributor or retailer.
Access for Accounts management is given only for that kind of Icareus Suite Cloud partners and Cloud customers.
2. ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT FEATURES FOR CLOUD PARTNERS
The accounts management tool for Icareus Suite Cloud Partners looks like here:
There are mainly two types of accounts that the Cloud partner can create on this level:

| 1 | TV Anywhere account | Targeted for OTT and TV service providers |
| 2 | OVP account | Targeted for media companies, enterprises and sports organizations |
In order to create a new sub-account under it's own account, Cloud Partner just need to:
1. Push 'Add button' button
2. Select the correct account type from the drop-down menus
3. Fill in the company and main contact person information
4. Push 'Save' button
3. ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT FEATURES FOR CLOUD CUSTOMERS
This Cloud Customer's Account Management tool is targeted mainly for OTT and TV Anywhere service providers have their own local service and /or set-top box Distributors and Retailers.
With the account management, the OTT service provider can mark the set-top boxes or rights to sell Premium TV packages for those sub-accounts and follow from the reports the sales development of those accounts.

There are mainly two types of accounts that the Cloud partner can create on this level:

| 1 | Distributor | Distributor is a company that can sell products and services to end-customers directly or to have one or more Retailers |
| 2 | Retailer | Retailer sell products and services to end-customers directly |
In order to create a new sub-account under it's own account, Cloud Customer just need to:
1. Push 'Add button' button
2. Select the correct account type from the drop-down menus
3. Fill in the company and main contact person information
4. Push 'Save' button
Notice that there can be the tree of accounts, so the company that acts as Distributor for your set-top boxes, can also have their own Distributors, Retailers etc. There is no limitation how long the three can be.
