Introduction
Introduction
Icareus Suite's Asset Management provides tools for service and content administrators to manage their assets on Icareus Suite.
Assets are videos uploaded into the Suite that can be used for Catch-up TV, VOD (Video-on-demand) or Linear playlists.
Each Asset has several properties as well as video presets/profiles for different devices.
The landing page of the Asset Management page can be seen in the image below.
Main Features
Icareus Suite's Asset Management's main features are:

| 5 | Transcoding | Icareus Suite includes a built-in transcoder, which prepares the set of video asset versions from a single asset in order to optimize the user experience in different end-devices and network qualities |
