In order to log in to your account, please go to:
This will open a page similar to the one shown below:
Fill in your email address - this will act as your user name. Then fill in your password and click "Login".
You should have received your password by email when you registered as a user for Icareus Video Cloud.
After that you'll be signed in, you should see your own account landing page, which lists all features allocated to your account.

SSO Login
Configuring Microsoft Entra SSO
- Please contact Icareus Support to enable SSO for your team. The following steps can only be configured once SSO has been enabled by the Icareus Support team.
- To configure SSO for your team, you must have admin privileges.
- Login to your Dashboard using your email and password, navigate to Settings tab, and select SSO.
- Enter your Microsoft Entra Tenant ID into the form and save your changes.
- Need help finding your Microsoft Entra tenant ID? Click here
- You can now log out and log back in using the "Login with Microsoft" button. If the login does not work after a few attempts, please contact Icareus Support.
