Introduction

Event and Webinar analytics are used mostly by Icareus Video Cloud event customers: enterprises', public organizations', and third sector organizations' event organizers.
However, it can also be used for different pay-per-view event cases on different end-devices.

Live Streams and Channels Analytics

Dashboard

Streaming analytics show all videos watched during the desired time period:.



The event analytics dashboard page shows the information from the desired time and/or the desired user/everyone:
  1. Events page/player downloads this/previous month
  2. Playbacks of events this/previous month
  3. Total time watched events this/previous month
  4. Average event viewing time this/previous month
  5. Same day events
  6. Listing: Latest events

When you select a specific event, you can see even more detailed information about the individual event:


In addition to the previous information, from the event page you can also learn about:
  1. Total unique viewers
  2. Total unique Live viewers
  3. Total unique Live viewers
  4. Total event viewing time (h)
  5. Date range
  6. Graphics: viewers

Event View - Overview

On the event overview page, you can see even more detailed information about viewing the event Live and as a recording.



The data of the event overview page includes (based on the date range):
  1. Total unique viewers
  2. Total impressions
  3. Total event watched time (h)
  4. Total average viewing time (min)
And in date range:
  1. Impressions (event page loads)
  2. Plays
  3. Watched time (h)
  4. Average viewing time (min)
Pie graphics:
  1. Graphics: Impressions Live vs VOD (number & %)
  2. Graphics: Plays Live vs VOD (number & %)
  3. Graphics: Watched minutes Live vs VOD (number & %)
  4. Graphics: Average viewing time Live vs VOD (number)
