Introduction to Brand Elements

The concept of the brand elements is that all the users can use and include the common brand elements to all the videos so that they follow the brand guidelines of your organization.

These brand elements can be e.g.:

1. Organization logo on corner
   
2. Intro video (few seconds video intro before the content starts)
   
3. Outro video (few seconds video at the end of the content)
   
4. Company's common free / licensed background audio
   
5. Graphical plances / images
   
6. etc.
   

Brand elements can be seen at the "Brand Elements" tab on the top left corner of the Icareus Studio Editor tool:

Notice Brand Elements can only be deleted by the administrator users

Adding New Brand Elements to Icareus Studio

The new files can uploaded to project from "Drag and drop your files or Upload from computer":

The brand elements can be added to the project by:

1. by drag&drop those to the section
   
2. or by clicking the the area, which will open the file selection:
   

User can see the upload process on the GUI:

After the file is uploaded, it will appear in the Brand Elements list:

Brand Elements list includes the info about the files including name, (video / audio length) file type (icon) and file format.

Video files can be previewed by pushing the Play button after the file name:

The supported files formats are:

File type	File format
Video	Recommended  format .mp4, h.264
Audio	.mp3
Images	.jpg or .png files

Adding Brand Elements to timeline

Brand Elements can be added to the timeline like any other media files ie. by pushing the + button at the right end of the file box:

After that the brand element appears in the video / image / audio timeline depending the file type:
