Redeeming a Voucher for an End User as an Admin
Introduction
This article explains how an admin can redeem a voucher code on behalf of an end user.
Overview
Voucher redemption is completed in three steps:
- Check the voucher code
- Verify the end user
- Activate the voucher
After activation, the voucher package or subscription is applied to the selected user account.
Step 1: Open the Redeem Voucher page
In the admin dashboard, open the Vouchers tab from the left-hand navigation.
Select Redeem Voucher.
Select Redeem Voucher.
Step 2: Enter the voucher code
On the Redeem Voucher page, enter the voucher code into the Voucher code field.
Click Check.

The system will check whether the voucher code is valid.
Step 3: Review the voucher details
If the voucher code is recognized, the page will move to the Verify User step.
The voucher details are displayed on the page, including the package information and voucher value.

Step 4: Enter and verify the end user’s email address
Enter the end user’s email address into the User email field.
Click Verify.
The system will search for a matching user account.
Click Verify.

If the email address matches an existing user account, a confirmation message appears below the email field.

Step 5: Activate the voucher
Once the voucher code has been checked and the user account has been verified, click Activate Voucher.
The voucher will be activated for the verified user account.

Step 6: Confirm successful activation
After activation, the process moves to the final step.
A confirmation message appears stating that the voucher has been activated successfully.
Click Done to finish.
