Introduction
This article explains how an admin can give an end user direct access to a subscription package or pass.
Overview
Admins can assign a package directly to an existing user account from the All Packages view.
Package assignment is completed in three steps:
- Select the package
- Verify the end user
- Confirm and assign the package
After the package has been assigned, the user will have access to the selected package.
Step 1: Open the All Packages page
In the admin dashboard, open the Subscriptions & Passes menu from the left-hand navigation.
Select All Packages.
Step 2: Find the package
On the All Packages page, locate the package you want to assign.
You can use the package type selector and search field to help find the correct package.
In the package list, click the three-dot actions menu on the right side of the package row.
From the actions menu, select Assign Package.
This opens the Assign Package window.
Step 4: Review the package details
In the Assign Package window, review the package information before continuing.
The window shows the selected package and its value.
Make sure you are assigning the correct package.
Step 5: Enter and verify the end user’s email address
Enter the end user’s email address into the User email field.
Click Verify.
The system will search for a matching user account.
If the email address matches an existing user account, a confirmation message appears below the email field.
Make sure the correct user account has been found before continuing.
Once the user account has been verified, click Continue.
Step 6: Confirm the assignment
The process moves to the Confirm step.
Click Assign Package to give the user access to the package.
Step 7: Confirm successful assignment
After the package has been assigned, a confirmation message appears.
Click Done to finish.
