Claiming a Voucher as a User

Introduction

This article explains how to redeem a voucher code and activate a package, subscription, or pass on your user account.

Overview

Voucher redemption is completed in three steps:

1. Check the voucher code
   
2. Confirm the package or subscription
   
3. Complete the activation

After the voucher has been activated, the package or subscription is added to your account.

Step 1: Open the Redeem Voucher page

From the left-hand menu of your profile dashboard, open Account.

Select Redeem Voucher.

Step 2: Enter your voucher code

On the Redeem Voucher page, enter your voucher code into the Voucher code field. Click Check.

The system will check whether the voucher code is valid.

Step 3: Activate the voucher

If the voucher code is recognized, the page moves to the Confirm step.

A message confirms that the voucher code has been verified. The package or subscription details are shown below the message.

After reviewing the details, click Activate Voucher. The voucher will be activated on your account.

Step 5: Confirm successful activation

A confirmation message appears stating that the voucher has been activated successfully.

Click Done to finish.

Step 6: Check your subscription or package

To view your activated package or subscription, open Account from the left-hand menu and select Subscription.

Your active subscription or package details are shown on the Subscription & Packages page.
